AGE CONFIRMATION
By making a purchase on iVape Plus, you confirm that you are of legal age to buy vaping products in your province or territory.
If a package is returned to us due to a failed Proof of Age verification, no refund will be issued.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted only for products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) — meaning the item did not function right out of the box.
Claims for DOA products, missing items, damaged goods, or incorrect items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the order immediately upon arrival.

- Phone Number
- Detailed Description of the Issue
Photo or video evidence may be required.
If the claim is approved, the defective hardware must be returned in its original packaging at the customer’s expense. Once the defect is verified, a replacement will be sent and the shipping cost (at our standard rate) will be refunded.
FINAL SALE ITEMS (No Returns / No Exchanges)
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
E-juice, disposable vapes, pods/cartridges, coils, atomizers/tanks, accessories, drip tips, replacement parts, rebuildable supplies, disposable pod systems, rechargeable batteries, and any other consumable items.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
All orders require Canada Post Proof of Age (18+, 19+, or 21+, depending on region).
Packages returned due to failure to provide age verification will not be refunded.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds may be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card) or as store credit.
If a prepaid card was used and is no longer accessible, iVape Plus is not responsible for refund failure.
⚠ Interac e-Transfers are non-refundable and will only be returned as store credit.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, as processing times vary.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once a shipping label has been printed.
Cancellations requested before a label is created will incur:
- 5% transaction fee
- $10 handling fee
Refunds will not be issued for underage purchases or failure to provide photo ID when required.
WARRANTY SERVICE
For hardware warranty issues, please contact the manufacturer directly, as iVape Plus does not provide warranty services on behalf of manufacturers.
